Bish's RV of Twin Falls

We did not purchase our RV here as we lived in Washington, however we now live in twin and on our way to Glacier had a blowup. Good Sam took care of the roadside assistance but the damage was way more than duct tape would fix. So, we did an insurance claim and choose bush’s for service. I will admit I had read some iffy reviews about service but after meeting service manager Jon Snell, I felt totally confident that this was my service guy. Ours was a 5k+claim so we knew it could take a while. We had a trip planned for sept 17 so for sure there was a have to have it date of the 15t. Jon, can this be done in 6 wks? Yes it can!! Well he said the 15 th and that is EXACTLY when I got my rig back. Not only was it ready but Jon doesn’t two hours answering questions about a newly installed solar system and possibly things I’d never thought about, like balancing my slides and well things I should’ve known. Lol Anyway our experience was an excellent one and I just am so happy with the outcome.

Great experience from start to finish! We traveled about 10 hours from our home in western Washington to Twin Falls to buy this cutie. They held it for us and the process was smooth. We love our “lil homie”, after a couple years it’s too small with growing grandkids so we will be searching for our next one and 100% will be back to this location

At the end of our camping season we scheduled our MH in for a big repair job. Well what would be big to some seemed routine to Bish’s Service department. The tech (MARK) that did the troubleshooting and preliminary work called with his recommendations and estimate of hours. I wanted them to do the work since they are the experts. Our service advisor (AARON) and I talked a couple times during the process to keep us updated. When we picked up our MH Aaron and Mark took us and showed us the completed work and told us what was done. Answered any questions with patience. I am completely over joyed at our experience with both our Service Advisor and Tech. Very nice young men and they really represent Bish’s well. It’s great to have a place that meets this caliber of service and customer care locally. Others could learn from them. They’ve got a happy customer who will always go there first for our RV needs! We had an electrical issue and showed up unannounced on a Monday morning. The ENTIRE staff was concerned, helpful and very polite. Special thanks to Jared H who led the team. We do about 10,000 miles a year in our RV and have had occasion to use other RV services. The efforts these folks went through was outstanding and far above any other experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Bish's RV at Twin Falls nor would I hesitate to drive out of my way to have them look at an issue. Thank you to the entire team
